We are a Psittacine Beak and Feather & Avian Polyoma Virus tested boarding facility. This means, ALL birds staying onsite have to be tested negative for both viruses regardless of visual health and you will need to provide proof of a negative test. Further testing may be requested if your bird is displaying symptoms.

- Security Alarm and CCTV Monitored.
- Air purifier in the room (HEPA filter & ozone FREE).
- Photo and video updates of your bird during their stay
- Radio is left on for intervals during the day.

- Cage and perches are provided.
- Cages are suitably spaced out and purchased from a UK standard reputable supplier for the safety and well-being of your bird.

- Short or long stays welcome. 10% off long stays.
- Price includes check-in and check-out day. You are required to pay on arrival.
What do you need to bring?
- TOYS- You will need to bring bird safe toys for the cage. – *toy packages available in-store*
- PELLETS- If you bird is on a pelleted diet, please bring enough to last their stay (we do not provide them but they can be bought from our shop to use during their stay)
- If your bird is particular about their seed, please bring their seed too. (we do provide seeds)
- BLANKET/CAGE COVER- If you bird gets covered on a night, please bring their blanket, even if is just for the back of their cage on night time.
Booking Information / T&C
Book with us via in-store, Phone, Facebook or Email.
Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before our shops closing time. Guests cannot be accepted after this time. Arriving anytime after the 30 minute period may result in a fast handover.
Please ensure your bird arrives in a suitable safe carrier/transport cage unless correctly free flight trained.
We cannot allow unsafe toys into our boarding room, such as toy made with unsafe cheap metals due to the risk of metal toxicity.
We do not allow monkey nuts onsite, please do not bring food containing them. This is due to them being a health risk, for clarification please get in touch!.
Payment term:
Payment is due upon arrival for your birds holiday boarding stay. This includes the day you drop off till the day you collect, regardless of the time.
No refund will be given for early collection as the cage is reserved for the entirety of the original booking.
CANCELLATIONS: Less than 48 hours cancellation notice will incur a cancellation charge of 30% of your total booking.
We reserve the right to increase our boarding prices annually.
Any additional days added will need to be paid for upon collection.
Liabilities and your duties
All birds entering our boarding room need to be tested negative for Psittacine Beak and Feather Disease and Avian Polyoma, we will need to see proof of this.
Birds must visually be in good condition and health unless you have proof of veterinary investigation for your birds condition to ensure this is not contagious.
We have the right to refuse entry based on the birds health if we deem your bird has an illness and the above terms are not met, further testing may be required.
