Give One of Our Reptiles a Second Chance...

Our Rescue & Sanctuary is dedicated to rehabilitating rescued, abandoned or surrendered Reptiles to give them the opportunity to find a new home! Or re-unite with their family if they are lost.
If you’re looking to adopt a reptile and give them a second chance, consider re-homing one of our reptiles.

All reptiles that enter our Rescue/Sanctuary go into quarantine and see an exotic reptile vet if necessary. We work with each reptile to understand their behaviour and temperament which allows us to match with potential adopters.
In order to be eligible to adopt one of our reptiles, we will need to see proof of enclosure, UV, heat and thermostat, if these are not purchased from us in-store and that you have done some research on the reptile you would like to adopt. We will provide you with care sheets and a variety of information for keeping your reptile happy and healthy!

Rehoming Policy:

Feathers & Tails LTD reserve the right to refuse adoptions if we feel it isn’t a suitable match.
All potential adopters must be in agreement that the reptile be rehomed in an appropriately sized and suitable enclosure, photo proof will be needed to ensure this and to ensure the correct positioning of electricals- If this is not purchased and advised from us in-store. *We will only accept over head heat connected to appropriate thermostat*
Only recognised electrical equipment will be accepted with brand new UV.
All new potential adopters must be open to a conversation detailing reptile care and advice.
Feathers & Tails LTD Will provide you with a care sheets with all the information regarding species, specific requirements and temperament for your perusal.
We are available for advice and to educate new keepers!
Once adoption is completed the reptile will become solely yours
